ABSTRACT
The article presents the analysis of noise influence existing in measured raw data on the quality of reconstruction images in Dual Modality Tomography (DMT), which consists of a gamma-ray tomograph and an electrical capacitance tomograph. During experiments, all combinations of noise- free and noise data were analyzed by introducing to the raw data 10 percent Gaussian white noise and checking its influence on the quality of the reconstruction and the ability of the DMR reconstruction algorithm to correct the data.
Keywords gamma-ray tomography, electrical capacitance tomography
