How to Register

Download and complete the Registratin Form and either an Invoice Request Form or Credit Card Payment Form and send to Heidi Tait.

For security reasons Credit Card Payment Forms should be faxed to +27 21 6502669 and clearly marked for the attention of Heidi Tait.
