Program

The conference will be structured into eight formal presentation sessions and two interactive poster sessions. This will allow 42 oral presentations and up to 40 poster presentations. Each of the sessions will concentrate on specific topics which fall broadly into the following four areas:

Instrumentation and systems design New modalities Reconstruction techniques Applications

In addition to the sessions at the conference venue there will be a visit to the University of Cape Town (bus transport) at 6pm on the first day where there will be presentations by two South African speakers followed by a cocktail party. There will be a second outing on the afternoon of the final day to iThemba LABS where there will be a tour of the cyclotron and PEPT facilities. This will be followed by a visit to Neethlingshof wine farm for wine tasting and the conference dinner.
